In 2021, we asked ourselves: why does great coffee have to mean pretentious coffee? We opened Brew & Co. in Montrose to prove it doesn't. Our shop is a place where the barista knows your name, the WiFi is fast, and the cortado is always perfect.
We source our beans from a small roaster in the Heights and bake everything in-house before sunrise. No shortcuts, no corporate supply chains — just honest coffee made by people who care.
